Hello! I'm Hilary and that's my mum Vicki.

My love for gingerbread houses began at the young age of four when my mum started a family tradition of making gingerbread houses each year. Fast forward to today, and I've transformed that childhood tradition into The Gingerbread Co.

My passion for gingerbread, along with those early memories with Mum, now fuels our business. Sharing the joy of our family tradition with our customers. 

By day, I'm a full-time marketing professional, but when the holiday season arrives, I'm the driving force behind The Gingerbread Company. With the help of my mum of course!

Christmas holds a special place in my heart. It's a time for traditions, for spreading joy, and for creating memories that linger for a lifetime.

Now, as a new mum myself, with a one-year-old bundle of joy, I understand more than ever the importance of crafting meaningful experiences and treasured moments during the holiday season.
